WELCOME TO THE 2027 SPEAKER & JUDGE APPLICATION


Learning is Our Thing! We strive to offer the most outstanding education available in the pet styling industry. We love working with our instructors to custom-devise transformative and immediately useful education. If you are like-minded with the qualifications to help this cause, please proceed.

Submissions that include a diverse array of session topics are strongly encouraged and will be given top priority. If you have presented at the U.S. Pet Pro Classic before, we advise submitting new session topics in addition to any you have previously submitted/presented. We also welcome submission topics that address the modern-day overlap between grooming, boarding, and daycare.

NOTE:

Incomplete Applications Will Not Be Considered: Your complete application is required to be submitted to add you to the speaker or judge applicant pools. Submission of an application does not guarantee that you will be selected for any speaking or judging assignments. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Individuals are selected based on a combination of many factors. For instructors, priority is given to those who offer unique content not offered at any other industry events, and unique delivery methods of that content.

Presentation Descriptions Must Not Exceed 500 Characters: All seminar and workshop descriptions are limited to 500 characters. Descriptions that exceed this limit will be truncated by the application software and will not be considered.

Brand-Specific Presentations Are Ineligible for Compensation: With the exception of invited presentations, meeting room space for product- and service-specific presentations is sold as an Exhibitor/Sponsor opportunity. If you are interested in delivering a presentation that promotes one of your affiliated companies' products or services then please see our "Available Sponsorships" section found in the Exhibitor Online Registration Portal or in the Exhibitor Kit. 


By entering an event or program of the U.S. Pet Pro Classic, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES in perpetuity in connection with the U.S. Pet Pro Classic and the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists (ISCC) and their initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. Release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name WILL BE LIMITED TO SHORT EXCERPTS OF ONLY THE MINIMUM REQUIRED TO CONTRIBUTE TO A LARGER BODY OF WORK (E.G. SIZZLE REELS, PROMOTIONAL AUDIOVISUAL RELEASES, ANNOUNCEMENTS, USE ON WEBSITES, SOCIAL MEDIA, OR NEWS AND ADVERTISING. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

SPEAKER CONSENT TO/NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY (RELEASE FOR RECORDING OF SUBSTANTIVE CONTENT).

By entering an event or program of the U.S. Pet Pro Classic, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. IF I ENGAGE with the U.S. Pet Pro Classic Conference Management TO CO-DEVELOP UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, I AGREE NOT TO DELIVER, PERFORM, OR DISTRIBUTE SAID CONTENT FOR 1 CALENDAR YEAR after the date said content is delivered at the U.S. Pet Pro Classic.

This clause does not apply to content developed exclusively independently by the instructor.
If selected to participate in the U.S. Pet Pro Classic, I ACKNOWLEDGE THE CRITICALITY OF CROSS-PROMOTING not only my presence at the conference, but also the merits of the conference for the industry at large. It is in the mutual interest of both the U.S. Pet Pro Classic and myself to advertise early and often. As such, I AGREE TO CREATE AND DISTRIBUTE PROMOTIONAL CONTENT (e.g. via facebook, instagram, other social media, bulk emails, bulk text messages, announcements on podcasts, by any other means at my disposal, or all of the above) AT LEAST ONCE PER MONTH IN ADVANCE OF THE CONFERENCE, starting from my date of acceptance of a personal appearance agreement. I WILL TAG THE U.S. PET PRO CLASSIC ON SOCIAL MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENTS/CONTENT THAT PERTAINS TO THE CONFERENCE so that the U.S. Pet Pro Classic will be aware of such announcements and capable of sharing such in a timely fashion. The U.S. Pet Pro Classic will reciprocally advertise the speaker's presence for the benefit of both parties, and I AGREE TO SHARE/DISTRIBUTE PROMOTIONAL CONTENT CREATED BY THE U.S. PRO CLASSIC REGARDING MY PRESENCE AT THE CONFERENCE in a timely fashion and by any means at my disposal.
